- 12% + returns paid monthly
- Cabins are manufactured, leased and managed by Coastal Cabins
- Investment security
- Registered PPSR as required
- The lease can be assigned to the investor
- Direct payment of lease is usually made by WINZ
Investment format
You can choose between
- Straight rental (rent cabins on an ongoing basis)
- Rent to Own (renter has the option to purchase the cabin after 5 or 6 years)
Coastal Cabins is one of the largest mobile cabin manufacturers in New Zealand manufacturing one or two bedroom cabins with kitchen and bathrooms. These units lease for $300 – $400 a week, and retail for between $60,000 and $90,000.
